]]> I am proud to announce I have received a 2011–2012 ASCAPLUS award from The ASCAPLUS Awards Concert Division Panel. This awards program is for writer members whose catalogs have prestige value for which they would not otherwise be compensated.

This year’s awards panel included New York Times music critic Steve Smith; Emmy-nominated conductor and vocal educator Judith Clurman; Michael Morgan, conductor of the Sacramento Philharmonic Orchestra and the Oakland East Bay Symphony, and H. Robert Reynolds, principal conductor of the Wind Ensemble at the Thornton School of Music, University of Southern California.
