ASCAPLUS winner for 2011–2012

I am proud to announce I have received a 2011–2012 ASCAPLUS award from The ASCAPLUS Awards Con­cert Divi­sion Panel. This awards pro­gram is for writer mem­bers whose cat­a­logs have pres­tige value for which they would not oth­er­wise be compensated.

This year’s awards panel included New York Times music critic Steve Smith; Emmy-nominated con­duc­tor and vocal edu­ca­tor Judith Clur­man; Michael Mor­gan, con­duc­tor of the Sacra­mento Phil­har­monic Orches­tra and the Oak­land East Bay Sym­phony, and H. Robert Reynolds, prin­ci­pal con­duc­tor of the Wind Ensem­ble at the Thorn­ton School of Music, Uni­ver­sity of South­ern California.
