Adagio for String Quartet” at Bargemusic, Sep. 20

My Ada­gio for String Quar­tet will be per­formed at Barge­mu­sic on Thurs­day, Sep. 20 at 8pm. The per­form­ers are the superb young string ensem­ble, PUBLI­Quar­tet — more infor­ma­tion about them can be found at their web­site.

The con­cert is being pre­sented by the New York Com­posers Cir­cle. Other com­posers on the bill are Max Giteck Duyk­ers, Peri Mauer, Nataliya Medve­dovskaya, and Richard Brooks.

I’m delighted to be mak­ing my com­po­si­tion debut at Barge­mu­sic, which over the last few years has become a sig­nif­i­cant per­for­mance venue in New York. The con­cert made the list­ings of the New York Times, avail­able to read by click­ing here.
